Donna diagnosed my algea issue, went to the trouble of checking our address (just moved in) and finding past records for the pool. Just superior service- and also very friendly!
This store has gotten worse as time has went on. Time for me to start taking my business elsewhere. I arrived at the store 10 minutes before close due to a pool emergency and was turned away by a staff member who stated they were doing no more transactions and lock the door. Absolutely irresponsible absolutely unprofessional and to further make the situation worse I already had concerns about this store after speaking with one of the employees in regards to military discount. This is a great store. I love coming here and enjoy the staff. It was a wonderful experience all around. They seemed busy but they still handled my needs in a timely manner. The relationship between staff and highers seems to be seamless. Will come again for all my pool needs.
So displeased, Literally had this company come out twice. Both times they did bare minimum; second visit tech half swept pool walls and there was streaks after he was done. Claimed they used chemicals when clearly they didn’t I have camera set up around my house. Canceled the service and recommended that they retrain there techs and I would recommend this place for pool cleaning services
