Irresponsible manager. The pool cleaner broke some tiles by standing on it. We called the office on HWY 6 Sugar Land, spoke to the manager and he said “ they broke it but they won’t fix it because it’s part of the job and also said “ if you invited friends to your house and they broke something will you ask them to fix it.””
Good for chemicals, bad for service and repairs. Pool cleaner sat in pieces for 6 months with no communication from anyone after multiple requests for updates. I won't be returning.

Worst customer service! Tried for 2wks to get a motor replaced. No communication. Twice now they tried to up sell me on labor due to the bolts being too tight on the motor??!! My late husband has replaced these motors in less than an hour! I will go elsewhere!
