They used to do good job. But the last year or so, they can not keep their promises. Thye schedule my pool for service but no body shows up after calling multiple times. Really disappointed
I am very satisfied with the owner and the staff for telling me the exact chemicals I needed and explained how and when to add them to help my pool look crystal clear.
This was my first time visiting this store and unfortunately I received terrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in instead, I was just stared at. I had to initiate the conversation and ask for help myself. When I had questions about a product I felt like a bother. Then while I was in the middle of asking another question another customer walked in and the employee immediately left me to help them instead. I would never spend my money here or return. Kindness and basic customer service go a long way.
