Did a decent pool school, but gave me the run around for a couple weeks saying that a part for my pool pump was coming and they would install it soon.

Clogged the pipes with chlorine powder and had said the algae wpuld go away. I had to manually take out all the chlorine powder because the pressure on the filter was extremely low. Algae has been here for more than a month and they haven’t done anything about it. We keep asking them to check the filter and the pressure, always say it’s good and clearly it’s not… Do NOT recommend!!

Worst pool company ever! Beware! They use old metal wire brushes that need replaced. We found 30 metal wires in our pool which caused injuries to guests and kids. Contacted the store 10 times without a call back or resolution. The store owner, Javier, called me 10 times when we signed up for my credit card information, but would not call me back when the I desperately called for help or a resolution. Other neighbors complained about their communication as well. Be careful!

If you’re call to arrange and schedule weekly service, that makes you a customer. When you physically go into the store location the staff always appear angry, and there are never additional customers inside, maybe that’s why their customers base has dwindled! POOR POUR SERVICE……….... read more

Waited much to long to stop service with this company. I have made calls to them about something wrong with my pool and they do not respond. The weekly cleaner (and I think that is all he can do) does not speak English, talks on the phone the whole time he is cleaning, etc.)
