Accidently cut a tube on my equipment. Staff came through and found the tube same day. Matched and got me up and running! They were helpful and took the extra effort to assist. Saved me over $100 too.
I'm basing my review on the stellar customer service I received from Jose on a phone call. Although I won't be buying from this Pinch A Penny store, because they did not have the unit I wanted in stock, he answered all of my questions regarding my top 2 pool vacuum cleaner contenders. He offered a unique perspective from the point of view of the person responsible for repairs when they are brought in. Pinch A Penny, you have earned a new customer. Now to call around other locations for one with the unit we're going with.
