They have had my pool cleaner for one month. Now they are closed and the sign on the door says closed for family emergency. I understand emergency emergencies, but their phone does not work either.
I have to say that we have been with Corey since he first opened Pinch a Penny and we are really loyal people. Our pool is taken care of twice weekly by them and typically do a great job. This last summer our filter blew from pressure from never being cleaned by the pool cleaners but Corey agreed it was neglect on their part and put a new one in. My pool filter failed the day before Labor Day so I needed some parts ASAP. I knew a lot of places were probably closed, but I looked at your hours and noticed that you were open. Since you had good reviews, I thought I would give you a try. Unfortunately, after driving a ways, I arrive and see that you’re closed. No big deal as I figured after all it is the Sunday before Labor Day, but you really should have updated your hours on Google.
