Last week I came in with a broken older part (pump lid, etc.) seeking a replacement, and associate “Gudnar” went well above and beyond what was expected in seeking out a solution. He took great time and effort to help; eventually finding a suitable part in the back storage at another location. He even had it brought to the store the next day for me to pick up from the manager. Outstanding customer service; the type you rarely come across. Excellent!

I’m extremely disappointed in the direction this store has taken since the previous manager was let go without any clear reason. Under their leadership, the store was organized, clean and the staff seemed motivated and well trained. Now the quality has noticeably declined it feels like no one is really in charge. New owner is amazing. If you used them in the past and had a bad experience, I would encourage you to try them again. I couldn’t get my chemicals right. The new owner said I have your info I’ll come by after 4. He came over on time, tested the water, adjusted the chemicals, and told me to follow up Monday. In the 15 years I have lived here NO other pool place has done this. He’s super nice and helpful. Five stars!

They have had my pool cleaner for one month. Now they are closed and the sign on the door says closed for family emergency. I understand emergency emergencies, but their phone does not work either.
