I’m extremely disappointed in the direction this store has taken since the previous manager was let go without any clear reason. Under their leadership, the store was organized, clean and the staff seemed motivated and well trained. Now the quality has noticeably declined it feels like no one is really in charge. New owner is amazing. If you used them in the past and had a bad experience, I would encourage you to try them again. I couldn’t get my chemicals right. The new owner said I have your info I’ll come by after 4. He came over on time, tested the water, adjusted the chemicals, and told me to follow up Monday. In the 15 years I have lived here NO other pool place has done this. He’s super nice and helpful. Five stars!

They have had my pool cleaner for one month. Now they are closed and the sign on the door says closed for family emergency. I understand emergency emergencies, but their phone does not work either.

I have to say that we have been with Corey since he first opened Pinch a Penny and we are really loyal people. Our pool is taken care of twice weekly by them and typically do a great job. This last summer our filter blew from pressure from never being cleaned by the pool cleaners but Corey agreed it was neglect on their part and put a new one in.
