Charlie, Andrew and Patrick are amazing! We were having many issues with our pool and they were patient and walked through all the needed steps with us! I cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely amazing group!
I went into this store hoping to find a simple solution, but instead, I found a new level of frustration. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. When I asked for help finding a specific item, I was met with blank stares and vague directions that led me on a wild goose chase. I came in looking for a pump and filter for my pool. Mind you I don't know a lot about pools so I decided to ask the woman behind the counter questions about my specific pool. When I asked the women behind the counter she ridiculed me for not knowing about my specific pool and said quote "You have a pool and you don't know the parts you need are you some moron"? I always trust their water test, and their consistent knowledge of what’s needed for my pool based on each test has helped me maintain and learn all about pool ownership.
