I have been using this store for atleast 7 years, haven’t had an algae issues, always prompt to get me on the schedule, when equipment breaks. What I love most about the store is they know you by name, it a friendly atmosphere
I bought a defective pool pump. And it was by no fault of the store. The pump wouldn't prime. It kept taking in air. Cameron from the store on 62nd St came out and was trying to help me find the cause. Cleared the lines, saw the water flow on my end was working and the rest of the equipment was too. Cameron is knowledge kind and a good guy . He told me that it had to be the new pump that was just installed. I called the store on 66th St where I purchased it from. What an absolutely amazing establishment, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. And if they don’t know something they either grab someone that can properly help you or take their time to find out the answers with you. Please do not believe any of these ridiculous one star claims and accusations.
