I came in looking for a pump and filter for my pool. Mind you I don't know a lot about pools so I decided to ask the woman behind the counter questions about my specific pool. Always helpful with chemical questions and friendly service
This location sold me the wrong pool filter for a pump they installed, which led to a major leak and ultimately caused my pump to blow out... costing me over $1,000 in damage and repairs. And to top it off? They had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee for returning the wrong part they sold me. You truly can't make this up. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for any business, especially one claiming to be a pool care expert. Save yourself the headache, time, and money... go elsewhere.
Didnt like how I was treated on Wednesday by the girl who just sits there behind the counter doing nothing and gets mad when a customer walks in. Also doesn’t offer military discount and when I asked about it she had a BAD attitude. Go to the Seminole location dont go here.
