Steph and Dana got my issue resolved in one trip. I had a leak at the pump, Steph showed me the exact problem on a display he had in the shop. They had the two parts in stock and my issue is resolved now. I had to replace an o-ring and the shaft seal. No more leaking pump! Thanks for your help!
They are always so responsive, either for answering a troubleshooting question on the phone or coming same day to check why your pool motor is shorting your circuit breaker. They came to our home, analyzed, and provided a detailed explanation of our needs w no pressure whatsoever. Owen came 2 days later to remove an old Waterways pump and motor and install a new variable speed Jandy. He was great on the installation and instruction afterward. The people are SO HELPFUL! You can ask them any question and they have the answer! They are also willing to do hands on work on your equipment. Love this store!❤️
