They are always so responsive, either for answering a troubleshooting question on the phone or coming same day to check why your pool motor is shorting your circuit breaker. They came to our home, analyzed, and provided a detailed explanation of our needs w no pressure whatsoever. Owen came 2 days later to remove an old Waterways pump and motor and install a new variable speed Jandy. He was great on the installation and instruction afterward. I can not say enough wonderful things about Owen and the staff here. I am a first time home/pool owner, completely clueless about pools and the maintenance and upkeep. 8yrs later & I finally notice that I pay $10.00 for the jug they put the shock in (refill), so if there's a leak in 1, they charge me for another jug. Oh & they'll buy the jug back from me for $2.00. When I learned I returned everything & yes they paid the $2. They didn't try to retain me as a customer or say anything. And I was speaking with the owner.
