The staff in this store is great. They only sell you what you need and do not try to push other products. When I had equipment go out they were able to get the parts I needed instead of recommending that I replace the whole unit. My technician, Garrett, had an incredible amount of knowledge and was super friendly. Their store is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I wish I could give them 6 stars..
Been using this store for years and they always provide excellent customer service and knowledge. They also have everything I need every time!
Very disappointed in this company!! I told them how much I had been through with a pool guy I paid before them not showing up and they ensured that they would be here. They come for 7 minutes without actually cleaning my pool correctly! They use to answer the phone but then stopped and said they would get back with me but never did.
This location has been servicing our pool for 6+months and we love them!!!! The customer service is the best and their communication of any concerns is immediate and they are always responsive to my concerns. If I could I give more stars I would. By the way, this was our 4th pool service company and they have exceeded our expectations! Thank you PINCH-A-PENNY on Loutta in Cypress, Tx
