Very rude ladies at this location. I did my usual week purchase of 2 5 gallon chlorine liquid containers and both ladies did not want to help me take one container to my car. Very poor customer service skills. Every time I visit they have a chip on their shoulder. I’m done with their store.
They continue to be awesome. I had a problem where my main drains were not sucking, fully clogged, so junk would build up on the bottom and when running the heater the top 3 feet of water would be toasty and the bottom 4 feet crazy cold. They came and Co2 blew out my skimmers and spa drains, and after we finally figured my non-standard plumbing had the mains going as well. (After some googling, found much greater chance to crack pipes if you use water and something like a drain king which i already had)Also replaced 4 drain ... read more
Great experience so far, they’ve been wildly helpful with educating us and helping us care for our pool. We are pool newbies and we have learned so much!
The staff in this store is great. They only sell you what you need and do not try to push other products. When I had equipment go out they were able to get the parts I needed instead of recommending that I replace the whole unit. My technician, Garrett, had an incredible amount of knowledge and was super friendly. Their store is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I wish I could give them 6 stars..
