Friendly caring and nice atmosphere. I love this place.
Don’t waste your time at this pinch a penny location on Crabb river road. They never answer the phone, take forever to get back with you, and are not very friendly when they do. Terrible service.
I had a flow issue that I though was pump related so I took it apart (Jandy Plus 2.0) .....Impeller, diffuser all looked good. I called Johnathan and he sent out one of his guys (Wes) ..... He looked at everything and agreed it all looked good - He put it back together, turned it on and no more problem (still don't know what the original issue was). I stopped by Pinch-a-Penny to square-up and was told no charge............... Good honest people
