Awesome experience, this is a family run store at Frankford and North Dallas tollway and they stand behind their word. Owner Kristie made several visits to ensure that we were happy with the progress while Jayden seamlessly coordinated the different teams since we did new raised stone flower beds, replaced covered patio floor tiles, resurfaced pool deck, resurfaced the pool with some altering of the steps with adding safety rails. We had Pinch-A-Penny come out to renovate our pool and they did an absolutely AMAZING job. They worked incredibly quickly with very keen attention to every detail I had brought to the attention of the young lady Jadyn who was helping get this project done. So we have been battling our pool for years and had lost hope that we would ever be able to get it fixed, and then we found Pinch-A-Penny North Dallas. Within minutes, we were able to get a water test and figure out exactly what was wrong with our pool, get the right chemicals, get a new filter and have someone come out to our home to get it to us and it's all thanks to Kristy and her incredible team who worked so hard and didn't stop working hard until everything was perfect!
