Pinch a Penny Deep Creek is hands-down the best pool service we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in Florida for over 20 years and have worked with many pool companies, but none have come close to the exemplary service we receive from this team. Mike and his crew are incredibly responsive—if we ever have an issue, they’re on it right away. They’ve even proactively reached out to let us know about power outages and other potential problems before we even noticed. Reliable, professional, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend!.
Pinch A Penny has been most helpful to me maintaining my pool. They were spot on when they showed me what I needed to remove stains from my inground pool. Also I had difficulty balancing the chemicals in my pool, their free testing service and advice was invaluable to me. Recently, I wanted to change my pool light to led color bulb. Mike, Laura, and his crew run the best Pool store I have ever encountered. I’ve taken care of two pools over the last 12 years. I’m very careful with my pools and I’ve never had any sort of algae outbreak, buildup, staining, water, chemical problems, etc. But recently, I suddenly got what appeared to be an ongoing problem with dust or pollen in the pool.
