Staff are great. Best pool store in town. Owner Ron helped me process a Pentair warranty claim.
Staff is friendly and courteous. James is always willing to help provide guidance on pool related issues.
Friendly and helpful
I initially gave them a low rating as I have had to add salt four times in 6 months. I disagree with their pool shock policy but it is their business. I talked to Ron and we now agree on the manner in which my maintenance should have been handled. We both had to concede a little bit. They did do a good job on my pool heat pump and I am hoping they will have a solution to my pool light question...
I needed a pool pump. After a terrible experience I went to Pinch a Penny in Sun City Ctr. First off the service from Jimmy and Isabelle was excellent. They showed me my options and sold me a pump at a very fair price. They scheduled the install the next working day. The install crew were incredibly polite, professional and efficient. They also made sure I was familiar with the equipment as well. I spent 10 years with my last pool company but will now be a loyal customer to PInch a Penny in Sun City Ctr.
