They really care about their customers and pay attention to detail and stand behind their products. They are so welcoming when you walk in even remembering your name each week. While getting your water tested they always ask how you are or about your trip or your day. They certainly stand above the rest!! Great customer service!

First time owning a pool. They were extremely help. Took a water sample and gave me all the chimacals I needed , also my skimmer was missing a piece to the wheel and would loose the belt. They fixed and had a spare part . Very help full. This will now be my pool store location . Thank guys I appreciate the help.
Terrible service and a ower ( Jim) that won’t stand behind his word or products. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Suggest you do the same
