Terrible service and a ower ( Jim) that won’t stand behind his word or products. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Suggest you do the same
If there was a lower score than one star, I would be giving it, we hired pinch a penny a few months ago for a weekly pool cleaning, the pool cleaner came out yesterday and left the pump on, but shut off all the valves so the pump could not prime, if we had not had some at the house to open up the valves, the pump would’ve burnt itself out, when we called the store to have someone come out the following day to fix, they said someone will be there by 9 AM, by noon no one had shown up, we called the store and after a two minute... read more
Had a tremendous experience with Pinch a Penny. Our pool pump went out, our first quote was over $2500. My next call was to Pinch a Penny since I had heard very good things about their service and prices. Miles came out and indeed our pump needed to be replaced. Pinch a Penny was able to come out (Miles again) same day and replace pump in less than 1/2 hour. Not only that, they did it at less than 1/2 the price of first quote.
