I moved from Fort Lauderdale where I also used Pinch a penny.. They were very good, but the store is even better. Very reliable, good communication and excellent service. I called them second after using a different company to try to get the situation taken care of. The first company was a disaster. Pinch a Penny Store 036 with Dan, Sarah & Hannah expertly refinished our pool and pool deck. The company was accommodating and professional with reasonable pricing. All work was finished on time. I couldn't wait to get into my pool, so I bought a pool heater from them as well. Now I have my own outdoor oasis. I love it. Thanks, Dan, Sarah & Hannah for a job well done. Unfortunately my experience with purchasing a Hayward Navi pool robot was extremely poor. The robot only functioned correctly for a year. After that the store refused to honor the warranty. When I purchased it there was no explanation of what the warranty is or how long it lasts. As a retired person on a fixed income, purchasing equipment like this is very expensive.
