Good service everyone in the store are really nice
I have been utizilizing the products and services of Pinch a Penny since Damiel Miranda's father ran the operation. I have found their services and products excellent. Better than the services is the care and customer service they offer. They are almost like a second family. They know my pool needs and respond to requests almost immediately. When my eqipment needs fixing or the mechanisms aren't working correctly, their response is fix it and do it correctly even if it means going into subfreezing water. In addition my pool ... read more
I have to take a moment to thank Hannah and Javier. I had an ongoing problem with a leak by my pool pump and gave them a call. Hannah has always been extremely helpful when I call or stop in the store. Javier responded to my house and fixed the problem within an hour of my first call. Javier was professional, knowledgeable and quick. I no longer have a leak. I have nothing but good things to stay about the staff at this location.
Great company. We have been really impressed with how our weekly service has been with or new weekly service person Isaiah. He is well mannered, mindful of our pool decor while cleaning and is very thorough. He does the small things like putting chlorine tablets in our floating duck. Our pool is sparkling when he is done! He really treats our pool as if it were his own and we appreciate that.
