Had a new pool pump and control module installed today by Pinch A Penny technicians Jay and Eric. Very satisfying to work with these two staff members, as well as Savannah, the manager who assisted me in arranging new pump install. All very experienced, professional, courteous and expedient in their work. Jay and Eric took time to answer all my questions and explain operation of new system, gave helpful hints regarding pool and pump preventive maintenance. Our go-to for pool supplies. The staff is always nice and responsive. We get the chemicals in our pool checked about once/month and they are very helpful in keeping it sparkling. Would recommend to antone in Gainesville.
I have been trying to get them out for service since June and they keep moving my appointment without notice. I tried to call and speak with a manager today and she was extremely rude, kept talking over me and hung up when I asked to speak with the other manager. I tried calling back and she kept hanging up on me several times.
supposedly serviced the day before. I'm based out of Colorado and I trusted these people. Cute little emails detailing of services that were never done.
