Poor customer service. 2 people standing around that cant answer questions or even answer the phone. 3rd person behind counter drowning to answer phones ringing and run service counter. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pinch A Penny. In April 2023, I purchased a Jandy JXi heater for $4,563.05 to heat an overflow hot tub. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working in November 2025--after only 2.5 years of use. When I initially contacted Pinch A Penny for assistance, they referred me to Florida Leisure Pool, stating that warranty service was handled through them.
