Never really dealt with a pool before but everyone here was super friendly, extreme knowledgeable and willing to explain what to do
We had a really great experience with Ty for a few months, but when he was on vacation, his team was unable to have someone come and service the pool. We were told different days and times to expect them, and we have dogs, so we need to know when to keep them inside. When they were not there on said days and times, and we would call to follow up about the service, we were asked “why we keep calling back”, essentially why are we making a big deal about this weekly service? Very helpful, always available, excellent advice.
The store itself is fine, friendly associates and well stocked. Stay away from using their pool cleaning service however! I had to follow up several times about different issues and the manager was very defensive every time I called. Communication is not one of his strengths. What made me leave was that my salt cell had an error message for about 6 weeks and not a word from the pool guy, instead he just stopped measuring the salt level in the pool and added liquid chlorine every week. I do not have a pool but wanted a super sized pool noodle for a project. They have a good variety of pool toys and tools for keeping your pool clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
