The store itself is fine, friendly associates and well stocked. Stay away from using their pool cleaning service however! I had to follow up several times about different issues and the manager was very defensive every time I called. Communication is not one of his strengths. What made me leave was that my salt cell had an error message for about 6 weeks and not a word from the pool guy, instead he just stopped measuring the salt level in the pool and added liquid chlorine every week. We’ve been using Pinch a Penny for a year and a half. They have performed our weekly pool service, pool automation, and various other updates/repairs that we have needed. Ty is our weekly service provider and he is an absolute rockstar. He is the most reliable and consistent service we have ever had. In fact, when he went on vacation, our whole family noticed his absence and were worried about him even though he was only gone 1 week (someone from Pinch a Penny did come service but it was later in the week).
