The repair team at this store is one of the best I have ever worked with. I have had a pump and led light replaced by them recently. Informative, prompt, fair priced and did a great job. Thank you
CAREFUL WITH COMPANY - IN MY OPINION LOOK SOMEHWERE ELSE Texts us offering text support, blocks us when we ask for help. Tells us our questions are “basic knowledge” in disrespect. Their employees talk down each other, calls me by the wrong name, texts us from random numbers without introducing themselves. Concerning company. Employees rant about not being paid enough, threatening to block wife in person Billed over $700 to clean a filter, sold some extra products
We have an inground spa where 2 jets weren't working. The tech, Ryan, who came out is a spa genius!!! He found some pieces of cloth stuck in a jet (probably from resurfacing), and he also labeled every component of the pool and spa hardware. He had me make a video so I would know for next time how to operate it. He fit me in quickly when I explained we were on a deadline for a home sale. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Ryan.
This place is amazing. They will help you solve your problems and Nathan is the best too. Bless the team here.
