Staff has been very helpful getting my grandparents pool back to working order. Pictures say it all, everyone is polite and knowledgeable.
The repair/warranty department is very rude.
There are 2 stores I go to, and this is my favorite. They always ask if they can load the chlorine for you, too.
The staff is very helpful, answers questions on pool problems, offers extra services like weekly chlorination and cleaning of pool. The store is stocked with many items for pool care.
