Absolutely deplorable customer service. The people behind the cash register, and those walking the floor are the epitome of “I’d rather be anywhere else but here and please don’t bother me” based on their general attitude. You want to be treated like a customer, go to Leslie‘s pool supplies because it’s not about to happen here. This is a franchise operation and obviously Corporate’s not checking on it.
Great shop. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's a great resource, especially for those that maintain their own pools.
The worse possible customer service in this store. Not helpful and rude.
The repair team at this store is one of the best I have ever worked with. I have had a pump and led light replaced by them recently. Informative, prompt, fair priced and did a great job. Thank you
