I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 months, and the staff is always helpful. I want to give a big shout-out to Jadon, who went above and beyond to assist us. He helped install a plug for our Polaris, which was under warranty, and he did it all with a great attitude. Super appreciative of the excellent service! Thanks again Jadon!
I had a fantastic experience with this pool service! The customer service was excellent—prompt, professional, and friendly. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, and my pool is back in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied with the job and highly recommend their services!
Customer services here is terrible
Great success using the staff at the Coconut Creek location. They are very helpful and have also used them for recommendation for a heat pump replacement. The contractor they recommend was great to work with, professional, and competitive. Very happy overall
