We recently terminated our pool service. Under a new owner, service and support seriously deteriorated. Our maintenance tech damaged our tile over a number of weeks by throwing in the vac which chipped the tile. When discovered, the owner claimed no fault and refused to visit the pool and discuss the issue. We have photos and video to corroborate our claim. When we terminated, they owed 2 services but when I indicated I did not want the tech on the property, the owner refused to refund 50% of the prepaid amount that was due ... read more
