Always help and friendly and they are all super knowledgeable! UPDATE: We had a problem with our pool pump and arranged a service appointment. Can't say enough about how impressed I was with Kyle's work ethic and knowledge. It's always a pleasure to see someone skilled at their craft. Added bonus, the cost was less than anticipated! I am very disappointed with the staff at pinch a penny. I have always used pinch a penny for the last 8 years. They have never had a steady pool guy that can answer any question you have. When you have questions they always give you different answers. The last time they came to clean my water filter, I saw the service guy open it to clean filter and when he then tried to close it he jammed it. They had to send another employee to try to open it and he tried hitting it with a rubber mallet and breaking pieces of filter. When ... read more
Placed web request for on site inspection for possible pool leak as well as weekly maintenance quotation. Was supposed to hear back within 24-48 hours. It’s now a week later and still no response. Don’t waste your time with this company !
