WOW! After being a loyal customer for over 10 years Pinch A Penny has now delivered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Nine days ago they came to the house and identified a leak in the pool plumbing and said they would be back on Thursday or Friday to fix the leak. Friday afternoon came around and no one had showed up or called.
