Service tech refused us services multiple times because of a broken timer. $800 in chemicals over 2 months and pool is still green.

Wow, just wow, just when you think you don't know anything about pools, here comes Anahi to the rescue explaining exactly what you need to do when you bring your water sample in for them to test for FREE. You might not understand pool talk in the beginning, but when you start pouring your own chemicals in the water, you instantly become a professional ( well at least you think you are) lol. Great service and response! Spoke with this location to help us get our pool back to normal. They had a tech out to diagnose quickly. After we confirmed the repairs needed, their tech was right back out the next day! Definitely recommend them for any pool service / needs!
