I have used this location several times over the years. The staff is 100% great and helpful. However, I belive the pool testing equipment is flawed and leads to wrong readings: as a result you end up buying chemicals you do not need. Last week I went in with pool sample, they were having trouble getting one of the computers running. Once this computer was running the staff member conducted the testing. Results I needed salt (7 bags) stablizer (16.4 lbs) and calcuim hardener increaser (42.6 lbs). I purchased all but way below... read more
the entire team at pinch a penny is fantastic. they care about you AND your pool. Their services are extensive and designed for the homeowner to enjoy their pool every day. we have a robotic pool cleaner that is a game changer for daily use. we use their sparkling clean pool service that keeps our water perfect and we have a cooler/heater that allows us to use the pool 3-4 extra months.
