Quick, and to the point. Even loaded up the chlorine for me.
One of the employees is very rude. Also did pool school and the owner came by and didn’t seat the filter ring on correctly and when in turned the pool pump on the ring broke and they wouldn’t replace it for me.
I purchased a pool net for over $50 from this pinch a penny and I had to call today to find out when I had purchased it , because I knew it had not been long, and I was told , I purchased it on May 26th, 2026 and it has already broke about 1 to 2 weeks ago. I keep it inside so it does not get the outside elements and it does not stay in the pool. I connect the net to the pole to clean out my pool, and then put it back up so it doesn't get messed up. I have used this location several times over the years. The staff is 100% great and helpful. However, I belive the pool testing equipment is flawed and leads to wrong readings: as a result you end up buying chemicals you do not need. Last week I went in with pool sample, they were having trouble getting one of the computers running. Once this computer was running the staff member conducted the testing. Results I needed salt (7 bags) stablizer (16.4 lbs) and calcuim hardener increaser (42.6 lbs). I purchased all but way below... read more
the entire team at pinch a penny is fantastic. they care about you AND your pool. Their services are extensive and designed for the homeowner to enjoy their pool every day. we have a robotic pool cleaner that is a game changer for daily use. we use their sparkling clean pool service that keeps our water perfect and we have a cooler/heater that allows us to use the pool 3-4 extra months.
