Their sales staff in the retail stores are great and knowledgeable. Their service personal do not show up for their scheduled appointments, when they do arrive they are unprepared. During their last service call they were to change a valve and ended up leaving for another appointment without my pool pump and filter functioning. They promised to come back in the afternoon but never showed up or called. When I called to inquire I was told it may be up to a few days before they could come back. I came on here to write a positive review because of the superior service I received at this location. Saw Tim s review which is odd b/c I have returned chemicals unopened and unused that I did not need with no receipt and since everything is computerized by your phone number they can see that I purchased it from them and as long as it s an exchange they have always let me get something else instead. I wanted to let everyone know what great service they have. I have been a regular customer there for many years and this year ... read more

Very nice and helpful. The staff never pushed to sell anything even though I was there to buy a high priced item. They tried to solve my problem first with less expensive option. I will be back.

What I love about this store is that a solution to a problem doesn t suddenly become a drama. I don t feel like I m being told off like I find in other pool stores. I trust these people to steer me in the right direction and not to ell me products I just don t need. My main contact there is Jessica and she is just wonderful. Nothing is ever a problem with her and she has a charming way of gently educating me rather than poking fun at my ineptitude! Great business, super people - many, many thanks!

Bought the wrong chemical. Took it back, no receipt, sealed bottle. Wanted to do an exchange. Tough. No receipt, no exchange.
