They’ve been “cleaning” my pool for the last year. On numerous occasions, they’ve stated that they emptied the pump and filter baskets when they haven’t. Most recently, the tech changed the function on the pump and now the pump won’t work correctly. Two days and two phone calls later, they are telling me they can come out tomorrow to try and fix the problem they created. When I insisted that they send someone today, a person in the background said, “we are offering a free f*#%ing service call.”
Mr. Manager/Owner... WE had trouble with YOU in the past. Your "pool cleaner" allowed the water in our pool to get too low to burn up OUR pump. He knew we were out of state and had a tenant who was often gone. He also was trying to sell us an automatic pool cleaner (why when he was hired to do that?) AND a new pump. Because we weren't acting fast enough for him, or really acting at all on that pool cleaner (again, I was paying him for that service), he let the water get low and it did burn up the pump. RecommendedBrandon and Kyle are amazing! Great service, honest and knowledgeable. They worked a modern day miracle on my two week long pool problem with what I thought was yellow algae (per my pool builder) but they were right all along that it was a metal or iron stain causing it. Within a few hours of proper diagnosis they had my beautiful pool looking bright blue again with no stain! Thank you guys!
My husband and I walked into this store. Nobody and I mean nobody was wearing a mask. Not to mention the salesman did not adhere to the 6 foot policy. He was right up in our faces. Luckily we had masks and hands sanitizer. We protected him, but he didn't protect us. Totally unacceptable during these unprecedented times. I came home and took a shower after only 5 minutes in the store. They didn't have what we needed. YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHER'S. PERIOD!!!
This store was awful. Didn't even try to help me. One associate came up to me asked me what I needed and when I told him he out right said no we can't help you. Even though I had been to another store recently and I knew they would have it. I will never go to this store again. Very unprofessional. He would even give me a chance to speak. Never even saw him long enough to look at his name tag.

RecommendedThe service I have received through the years from this particular store has always excellent. Their prices are great and the repair services they have performed on my equipment have always been done perfectly. They never try to "over-sell" me with things I don't need and their water sample testing is free and extremely accurate. I cannot imagine using any other pool supply and repair company.
