These guys are amazing! My 3yr old and I were about to go swimming when Jason came to service our pool. He kindly offered to rearrange his schedule to come back and service our pool. Truly above and beyond. Our pool being so well taken care that We never have to worry about putting our child in is just a plus side❤️

We had your service crew come out and change our filter sand and the backwash valve on top today. Nice boys to work with and very knowledgeable. Thanks for the great job!!
Bought an above ground pool and a spa. Paid them cash that day. A couple months later had a problem with pool motor and they told me $50.00 fee to come out because I live so far away. Didn't matter where I lived when I bought though. My warranty said nothing about a $50.00 fee. called 2 weeks ago about a large rock under bottom of pool. They contacted their installer and I did too. Installer sent me a text that she was in Eufaula next day and would come out after her install. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing.

Called to get sand filter fixed and a two weeks have passed nothing. Called back and they need to order parts. Two more weeks go by and nothing. Called another company three days later fixed. I will no longer use pinch a penny. Plenty of online suppliers out there

I received a hot tub as a gift. They were suppose to set up everything and explain everything. Nope and nope! My husband had to call for them to come back and set it up.
