Awful customer service. We’ve been on a list for a pool repair for over a month and a half. The rep who answered the phone was a complete idiot. We buy all of our pool supplies and chemicals from this Normandy location.. spending lots of money with them and we were planning to buy a new pool heater(not cheap). You just lost our business and we are spreading the word at your bad service.
As a first time home buyer who has never owned a pool - you really took care of me and put me at ease making sure you would help educate me on how to maintain a beautiful pool my family could enjoy. Friendly helpful service goes such a long way! I was not overwhelmed or pressured to buy more than what I needed. I am very impressed by the staff who patiently & eagerly answered each question I had, and there were many! I can see this being a great company I can rely on for years to come! Thank you so much!
We been waiting on an estimate for a week . Every time we call we are told they will call us back the same day ...yet ...no call . Feel like I’m begging for them to take our business :(
Anndrea Henson, Tony Henson Start taking other steps to get Pinch A Penny to correct their $10,000 bad work! You paid a lot of money and still do not have a functioning inground pool! It is shameful they do not care about their reputation or workmanship! DO NOT USE PINCH A PENNY! $10,000 Later and STILL NO FUNCTIONING POOL!
I called 4 times in 3 weeks to try to get my pool recovered after the storm and never received a return phone call. Every time I called they would take my name and number and promise to call the next day but did not. The third time that I called I was told that the technician would definitely come out that day. That didn't happen so I called for the fourth time to find out what happened the day before only to be told that they called and left a message but I was home all day and received no calls. Can't ask for better customer service from the employees all the way up to the management and ownership! Every time I would stop by, the management would ensure that all my needs are taken care of. They are very down to earth and family oriented and that makes this business feel like they are here for the neighborhood and its families! Definitely recommend this for all your pool and spa needs!
