Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
I have been coming to this store for the last 6 years and today will be the last time I ever go into a pinch-a-penny. They have sold me the filters for my pool for the last 6 years and today they sold me the wrong one (little taller). I installed it and realized they sold me the wrong one. I go back to the store to get the correct one and the teller tells me that it’s the one that shows in the system. I don’t understand as they have been selling me the same filter for the last 6 years!
