TERRIBLE STORE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE REMOVE THIS FRANCHISE OWNER! This is written by Richard. This is in regard to an experience with store 162 in Oldsmar, FL. Recently, I noticed my Hayward Navigator pool cleaner appeared to have a broken part. The cleaner was still functioning as normal even after the part failure and moving around and picking up debris but I figured it was best to have the part repaired.
