Have been using this location for a year. Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful with advising best strategies to keep our pool clean and looking great.
The employees are helpful. They always seem to close early though. Posted hours are until 6pm M-F, but I got here at 5:29 and they are closed, again.
AVOID this location. They don’t stand behind their work. They sold me a new pump motor with a 1 year warranty. It began leaking water out from the motor within 6 months, they refused to honor the warranty, tried to make me pay again to repair it. As I’m walking out of the store the guy is yelling at me that I’m too stupid to understand how warranty’s work. Classy. Not sure who the owners of this store are but they sure do know how to hire great people to have in their store. These employees are always knowledgeable very friendly fast and courteous
