I have spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals to get my pool in order for the summer, I tried to return an empty chlorine container and they refuse to give me back the money telling me that it was over 30 days and it's not written anywhere about policy. So for 5 or six dollars I will never return to that store. Owners said that's business..lose a customer for a few dollars is priceless.

My experience with this business was deeply disappointing. When I attempted to ask reasonable questions about the services rendered, the owner actually yelled at me and proved completely unable to handle basic criticism or accountability. On top of that there are major inconsistencies with their work. During the initial installation, the technician explicitly confirmed to me that the filter was perfectly level. I’m just quoting a review from other website (yelp)which I agree. “I would rate zero stars if I could. If you're looking for a business where the owner screams and yells at you because he can't take criticism or questioning on services rendered, this is your place.” Furthermore, if the technician initially confirmed the filter was level during installation, only three month later to claim the slab was uneven, it raises a critical question: why wasn't this issue brought to your attention in the first place?
