RecommendedShout out to Bradley. I was having problems with my pump not priming. He was able to diagnose the issue, even though it was not a common problem. It took a few days to get all the parts, but he was persistent and faithful in tackling the problem. Charge was very reasonable. I’ve also appreciated the consistent good advice on chemicals needed. I take my water sample in monthly for checking. Highest recommendation.
Terrible customer service!! I paid for two bleach jug refills and neither one of the workers even offered to help me get them to my car! I’m a 5’ 1 - 120 lb. 58 year old woman. Both workers were young men. The BEST part is the lazy guy that filled the jugs didn’t even wipe them down. We now have bleach stains on our spotless Acadia carpet! Did I mention I was the only person in the store? Choose another store! This one doesn’t deserve your business!
