Went in to return 7 empty jugs and refill 1 jug. I was advised that I couldn't get my return refund without a receipt. A flyer posted by the register advertised a decreased refund amount for returned jugs after 30 days WITHOUT a receipt. When I questioned the cashier about the posted policy, he said it was a "personal" policy not to accept the empty jugs, as well as a store policy.
