We love it! Food is great! Beer selection is awesome! The games are great! Great place for young families.
Went on Sunday for the first time and we loved it. Out three kids ages 11,8, and 3 also had a blast!! This is our new favorite spot!!
Went there 02/21/2015 and the food was terrible. Drinks were expensive and they do not have any type of game pass or loyalty program. Maybe we got them on a bad day or my expectations were just too high. It will be a hard sell to my family to give them another shot. Advice:Stop selling food and get some food trucks, get a game loyalty program or some type of added value to encourage more game play.

Very poor service, rude workers. Very judgmental ,and like to talk about customers. Not a good environment.
My family had a great time there yesterday. Think Chucky Cheese, but with much better food, no one dressed up as a mouse, more value on the games, a lot of classic arcade games (Galaga & Ms. Pac-Man!) & pinball (hence the name of course) and a much better ticket system for prizes (including the option to put your ticket $$ back on your game play card). For food they grind their own beef in house and cut their fries by hand. Much better game prices than EVO. Well worth checking out if you haven't
Stopped in for the first time today with my teen daughter. We were both impressed with the layout of the arcade and the number of games. However I was disappointed AFTER spending $40 on game cards to find that about 1/3 of the games were out of order... kind of shocking that an amusement center would allow that on a Friday with the holiday break approaching. Hopefully our next visit will offer more options.
