Took our sons for Sunday Funday and it was awesome!!!
Prices went up on all the games in the last 6 months. I bought my son a $30 game card and it was all gone in 30 min. The last time we were here $30 lasted him a couple hours. Not sure if I will go back.

Regarding pricing, the vast majority of our games at Pinballz Kingdom are priced the same now as they were 6 months ago. We did adjust the pricing on a few games to bring them in line with the prices we charge for the same games at our other locations (Ice Ball for example increased by 1 token per play), but overall our prices have not changed. Not enough workers to staff the rush/busy times.... not enough space to walk around, and the prices went up on all of the games so I'm not sure why they can't afford to pay one more person to man the ticket/prize counter. The food was not at its best last night either, compared to past times I've been. I was not impressed for the money we spend there.

Hi, Sarah, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your visit last night. We are aware that we need an additional scanner at the redemption counter. It should arrive this week to relieve the long lines there. Right now, only one person can scan at a time, so we can't put more people there right now even though we want to. We called and asked if the kitchen was open. We were told it was open until 10pm. We showed up at 930pm and we were told it was closed and we were given attitude for asking. But I've had the food before this. It's tasty
