They lie cheat and steal. I turned PINAL HISPANIC COUNSEL INTO INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!! SIGNED PAPERWORK BACK IN NOVEMBER TO LEAVE THEY CALLED ME LIKE I WAS MISSING. WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORK TO COME FROM ARIZONA MEDICAL BOARD. HAD TO MANY RECORDED PHONE CALLS. TOOK PICTURE OF PAPERWORK. WHY BECAUSE ANOTHER PARTY HAD SAID THAT THIS OCCURRED TO THEM!!! Dealing with Yolanda was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She only does classes once every three month which extends your time there. She told me it wasn't worth her time to do classes more often because she makes more money doing intakes on Friday. If you sit around in the office and listen you can hear her talking about how much money she has made so far. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO HORIZON. Unless you are 100% sober from alcohol, you will need to go to a substance abuse program. Do not go here for a DUI Screening. They just want your money. We all make mistakes, for a 1st time DUI that got dropped to a Reckless Driving Ticket. Because I was honest and told them yes I have had a beer here and there. To them I have a problem. Utterly incompetent. Therapist couldn't recognize grief, didn't remember anything I told her, was totally out of touch with reality, and lost paperwork. Case worker doesn't write anything down, doesn't remember anything, and doesn't follow through on anything. Asked to have my case closed, signed the form, and they lost it. I get a phone call every other month in which they have no memory or record of the fact that I signed that form and already told them that fact.
