This location is probably by far the worst WIC location I have ever encountered. It’s nonstop issues, one after the other. I have waited over an hour for my appointments, only to be told it’s cancelled, when no one came and got me. I will call and one person will say one thing, but not talk to the next and I constantly have to reschedule. Management really needs to get on a better page.

The supervisor on duty made a personal decision about my sons vaccine. Saying it was a CDC recommendation he didn't get it, we had gotten tests done saying otherwise and reading their "guidelines" also say otherwise. They were pushing so hard for both of my kids to get the new RSV vaccine. Even though my son is too old to get it. Pretty shady when you can't get a required shot but one that just came out and probably gets them paid gets pushed on you 7 times while you're there after saying no. The virtual records department is awful. They are rude and lazy. We had to go back 3 times for a birth certificate. An employee would call an tell us we didn’t have all the paperwork after we where there and said we where all set. That happened twice. Good luck to anybody trying to obtain any kind of records from these people.
