This mobile home park is out to get anyone who is not their friends or family. Friends and family can do whatever they want and get away with breaking any park rule, but as soon as a non friend or non family breaks even the smallest rule they hit ya with a 30 day notice to vacate. I highly reccomend you do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The management doesnt care much about resident safety and friends of the owner or manager dont necessarily have to follow the Park Rules.
