9/1/23: one of their contractors is apparently intoxicated and walking in the middle of the street neat a property they're working at. The group of 5 or so contractors who are clearly wearing Pinnacle Construction shirts and driving their labeled company vehicles are also standing in a parking lot smoking weed instead of doing... any maintenance, construction, or landscaping.
