Pina Nazario from the Pick Pina Group was very easy to work with. She was very professional and helpful at all times. We recommend Pina to anyone selling their home.
We met Pinna and her two lovely sons at an open house in Clifton 10 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Working with Pina was wonderful. She is very professional and attentive. She always made sure we understood what was happening and what came next. Our sale had some delays and complications but she made sure to provide top service through out every step by following up and checking in on us. At the end we were happy we picked Pina. :)
I researched real estate agents and found Pina Nazario was the perfect fit of what I was looking for. Pina and her Pick Pina Group were amazing from start to finish. I was moving out of state during the sale and knew Pina would help manage it all for me while be out of area and I was right. She staged the home and secured a great buyer very quickly. Not only did we get over asking price but the sale was smooth. We closed quickly and now I can concentrate on my new place. I highly recommend Pina and her Pick Pina Group!

Pina and her Pick Pina Group were stellar. They have extensive experience in the Clifton real estate market. They helped with every step along the way including recommendations in preparing the home. It all paid off as the home achieved multiple offers and closed well above asking. Pina took care of everything behind the scenes. We went under contract q... read more
