I cannot begin to explain the quality of service I received from the knowledge and skills Pina Alessi possesses. From her expertise, to her well fielded referrals for services, customer service and her hard work ethic were all outstanding. As a team we made a plan, executed and kept her in the loop on prep for sale for my project and then the house was up for sale. Took offers in 4 days. Got 4 offers and the house sale was a success. Pina was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was patient, answered all our questions, was with us every step of the home-buying process. We eventually found our first home thanks to her efforts and all the people she recommended and information she provided helped everything flow smoothly. If we ever decide on purchasing again, she will 100% be our real estate agent. Thank you Pina!

I used Pina Alessi when I purchased my first house back in 2004. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous but Pina was kind, patient and guided me through every step. I used Pina again when I decided to sell my house back in 2021 during the pandemic. And i have to say, during such a stressful time, she was a huge help. Thanks to her advice, her honesty and her hard work, she made the the whole experience easy for me. Pina is professional, highly experienced and very dedicated to her clients. I would highly recommen... read more
