i showed up for my appointment and the shop was closed. i was never notified that my appointment was canceled.
Was looking for a Salon closer to work, this one was not that far away so I thought I would give it a try. I scheduled an appointment, then I was contacted and rescheduled for another day due to a scheduling conflict. Not a problem. Ten minutes before my appointment I received a message that she had to cancel. Caught me before I left work no problem. Never heard from her again to reschedule.
