I was very pleased with property management. The team took excellent care of me. Good communication with me and checking in on me to make sure all my needs were taken care of! Highly recommend doing business with them!
I recently signed a lease for a property managed by this company, only to discover that it was infested with rats. During my walkthrough, I had no knowledge of the rat problem, which only came to light after a pest control inspection post-move-in. Despite informing management about this severe issue, their only proposed solution was to seal holes, ignoring the fact that the entire attic is filled with rat feces, making the house uninhabitable and unsafe.
