These are the worst apartments that I ever lived in! The apartment was dirty when I moved in and missing toilet parts. The air conditioner had mold growing in it. A couple weeks later the hot water knob to my shower broke and my boyfriend had to get into the utility closet to shut the water off. The emergency help line didn't seem to think it was an emergency and it took them two days to fix it.
