BEWARE!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES!!
Avoid this company at all cost. This company was scheduled through my mom's insurance for medical transport. They showed up last week without the gurney as requested making us miss an important post hospital appointment. They were scheduled again this week and arrived with the gurney, however with only one driver who had not been trained properly for one, and not trained with someone on it. My husband and myself both had to physically help and figure out how to operate it. It was absolutely a horrible experience.
