Upon searching for a home I got assigned a Realtor from Zillow , a rep from PinDrop Realty : CQ. She is super nice and coordinates well with the times we needed for touring homes (a ton) she was patient and understanding it’s a big investment and it’s a life-changing experience that gives you a sense of stability, a safe space . I bought a home with Pindrop Realty and suggest you stay away. The reason being is that they do not listen to your needs, Qualifying brokers will argue with you, submit late addendum when they should have been part of the purchase...m agreement, and barge into your closing when asked to stay in waiting room. Horrible experience with the transaction. We made all of the suggestions on what houses to look at while they only provided one or two that were still being renovated. (And were owned by their team).
