My agency uses PIMSY for our notes and files and it is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online notes. It’s slow as molasses, ridiculously over complicated, requires you to put information in tiny boxes that are difficult to scroll up and down to fit on the screen which makes it hard type into, there is no good system in place to check on all the updates for units, Tx plans, Dx updates.
