Ricky was incredibly flexible and rescued me with a late night rental me so when my personal vehicle broke down on a Saturday evening. The communication was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed driving his jeep in the snowy winter conditions while waiting to get my car back from the mechanic. I highly recommend Pims Rentals

Upon calling the number provided on the page, I was told to remove the number from the mailings an contact list. I was then called back by Ricky who explained there is at times recordings to remove spam an such. He then went above an beyond to get me into a vechile last minute. Unfortunately though Turo itself wants just as much for a 'trip fee' because. It's last minute at the cost of the car. An for that reason I didn't end up getting a rental this time. I had a wonderful experience with this family. I rented a van from them and it was very clean and drove like a new vehicle. I feel they went Above and Beyond in helping me through this whole rental process, we were going through some things and it was nice to know that there are patient kind people out there willing to help! I would definitely go through the same family again!!
