Cozy apartments with rent a little higher than needed because Dabco has a lot of apartments in this area. So they have a tiny monopoly situation. The apartments are not bad. Some of them have a really great view. The buildings are designed so that you even if you have your windows open you don’t have to worry too much about prying neighbors. Lived here for 2 years! Overall not too bad of a place, would rent again. Pros: office usually has a staff member available for questions or if you get locked out, apartments are reasonably spacious and maintenance is pretty quick with nice staff. Also, the internet is free and water/sewer/garbage were included the first year. Cons: since it's a college apt, sometimes units are loud and play music very late, electric runs pretty high here (avista: 200-300$ dollars a month, and our second year lease we started getting charged... read more
I've turned in a couple of maintenance requests and a few times, Jaime responded and just can't say enough how professional and incredibly competent and skillful he is. Last request involved my blinds, and I am not kidding that he literally fixed it within two minutes! Very professional and courteous, just the kind of staff you want to keep. He would make a great trainer to orientate new staff. He's a keeper and should be rewarded for his excellent work.
Complex was well kept and maintenance was always quick to respond. Apartment was great and I had a great 3 years living here with no problems.
