Overall, I had a solid experience and would still recommend the property itself. I did not have many major issues with the apartment, outside of my garbage disposal needing to be replaced multiple times and still not working properly, so I eventually stopped using it. I want to give a big shout out the Brodi and Russ pimlico’s maintenance team I called the emergency line and told them the situation about my stove and needed to feed my son and they went above and beyond And got it done Really Appreciate you guys.
After living here for one year with no issues I am leaving a one star review because Mariah in the pimlico office has been harassing myself and my roommates for weeks with emails stating that we need to each individually confirm our move out in writing via email, or else rent will continue to post after our lease ends. This is a ludicrous waste of time because our lease does not auto-renew and its not like we would actually owe any amount of rent money that would automatically "post" to our account after the lease ends anywa... read more
