My 6 years with Pima Pain Center was a nightmare. I was referred for Medication Management, but they only manage medication, if you voluntarily allow a variety of painful procedures, Poking, prodding and more pain. I was regularly made to feel guilty for using Pain Medication. I was bullied by the Doctors and Providers. They regularly threatened to stop my medications if I did not accept more spinal injections and other painful procedures. My view of Pain Management Doctors was very dark and frightening. love this facility. they have helped me through all my pain . wonderful customer service. James was exceptional.
Don't go there...... Almost 6 years of dedication to be treated like I just started there. Stayed even after Linda Grant took 3 months supply of my Xanax and didn't destroy them and said I was still taking them even tho it wasn't in my pee. I was dropped from 5 a day 20mg oxycodone to 4 a day 10mg and the bitch didn't work there my next appointment and no one would listen. My arm was ate off and put back on with a majority of my thigh. Providers call out way too often. They have too many patients to be seen in a timely manner. If your provider calls out the day, you were scheduled to see them, good luck getting seen. If you do by chance, get offered another appointment for the same day, it will be on the complete opposite side of town, or even in Green Valley. You will be considered as declining an appointment if you are not able to make it, and if you decline The appointment they do not guarantee a bridge of prescription to be sent in until you can’t get ... read more
I had been a patient at Pima Pain for approximately 3 years. When checking in for an appointment, I witnessed the receptionist belittling a patient. This male patient was there for a procedure, but was scheduled on a day when sedation was not available. This man was absolutely terrified of needles and stated that he needed sedation. I have never had such an issue going in for a simple prescription refill . Always a hour or longer wait just to get a script faxed . 2 x sent script to wrong pharmacy sent wrong script to right pharmacy said it was changed went back to pick up and it was never changed. She straight up had receptionist lie. I asked why she said she faxed it and she said she didn’t know would not come back out to talk to me . Dr. Schiller listens, cares, has compassion, and always explains things in ways I can understand. He's been very helpful in my pain management and always lets me know what the next steps will be.
If I was about to really score them some very good but then there is a few that I would rate them -100% -F. Saw some of the reviews and not call people back over a severe reaction to medication that could have killed me.called the next day waited 2 days called back 2 days later still no call. I am not able to do Morphin an it off brands an family. Explained my concerns but CHRISTINA TURKNETT - F.N.P. but she would not even tack my concerns to heart. I got an increase in other mediation.
