Fantastic patient service. Amanda (technician) was extremely professional and caring.
The doctor is very nice, but the staff up from I believe needs more training, I've worked at a doctor's office as a receptionist so I know what it's like. I came in to get an EKG I had Blue Cross Blue shield as my primary and access as my secondary, the gentleman up front said I cannot be seen because I have access as my secondary even though we can just bill it through Blue Cross Blue shield and not add access as my secondary. Dr Din was kind & explained all necessary follow-up tests that I need before next appointment. His staff was attentive. They all made eye contact & explained as needed. I am pleased. I look forward to our next appt. My followup appt was again a very good meeting with Dr Din and his staff. This is the 1st time I've gone to a neurologist and felt like I was heard and then given helpful information that can make my life easier, safer, at least neurologically.
Awesome experience.
My first visit was positive, office staff and doctor were friendly and informative.
