It was explained well prior to going, as well as at the facility itself. No surprises, nothing that I wasn't prepared for. Looking forward to having some relief from snoring/sleep apnea problems.
Some dude called me with a broken english trying to register me over the phone,for a first time patient, obviously He has no clue of privacy policies for registering verbally over the phone, when I informed of this he said He had to hang up and hung up, been calling the clinic to No Avail.
Terrible experience. Took a week of back and forth calls. Made an appointment to see doctor but was never informed that appointment was on LaCholla. Went to Green Valley to find doors locked. I should have listened to the reviews. Very frustrating experience. Lack of response to several voice messages regarding recommended equipment. Two sleep studies were a total waste of time if we can't receive equipment

Did an overnight, the bed was my issue as I have arthritis, being able to adjust it helped slightly...not something I contribute to my experience in all. I wish I had the bathroom at home. Lol Wonderful staff though! Very thorough in explaining everything.
