Some dude called me with a broken english trying to register me over the phone,for a first time patient, obviously He has no clue of privacy policies for registering verbally over the phone, when I informed of this he said He had to hang up and hung up, been calling the clinic to No Avail.
Terrible experience. Took a week of back and forth calls. Made an appointment to see doctor but was never informed that appointment was on LaCholla. Went to Green Valley to find doors locked. I should have listened to the reviews. Very frustrating experience. Lack of response to several voice messages regarding recommended equipment. Two sleep studies were a total waste of time if we can't receive equipment

Did an overnight, the bed was my issue as I have arthritis, being able to adjust it helped slightly...not something I contribute to my experience in all. I wish I had the bathroom at home. Lol Wonderful staff though! Very thorough in explaining everything.
I have to be honest the Doctor's and medical staff are great but the front desk is atrocious! Well mainly Maria. They never call back and she's rude a lot of the times. She also lied about technician availability to get me to reschedule my study and then lost my authorization and didn't take accountability of it. I was at my sleep study and refused to leave without it being done. Of course she found it, but was prepared to tell me to come back another day. Doctors are 5 , Maria is 1
