DO NOT TRUST Wayne.... We bought our house 1/2025 and have more issues than I could even list. He destroyed this house more than flipped it and we are paying for it majorly. Everything they touched was half done and cheaply "repaired" and our inspector passed everything... ANNOYING

Wayne Plylar is a FRAUD. I would never recommend anyone buy or rent from him. He is selling properties in need of major repairs without telling anyone, keeping deposits for people that rent, denying he received payments even though it is verifiable that he DID receive it, etc. There are about 8 (minimum) houses in Spartanburg that Wayne sold for much higher than their actual value, with thousands in damages to boot.
