They stole & sold my social security numbers of all household members. Please stay away from this fraudulent company. Ms. Amy is very rude and unprofessional.

Wayne Plylar is a FRAUD. I would never recommend anyone buy or rent from him. He is selling properties in need of major repairs without telling anyone, keeping deposits for people that rent, denying he received payments even though it is verifiable that he DID receive it, etc. There are about 8 (minimum) houses in Spartanburg that Wayne sold for much higher than their actual value, with thousands in damages to boot.
