I have seen Dr. Paul Bejarano for a number of years. I have complete confidence in him. He’s not only an outstanding physician, he’s kind and compassionate. However, their phone/contact system is in need of improving. Wait times on hold, getting a timely response from their team/staff requires numerous attempts and patience. I remain with Pima Heart because of Dr. Bejarano.
This office answers the phone and helps whenever there is a problem. I went for my first appointment today and was home in just one hour. The the doctor listened and answered questions. I am so glad that my friend highly recommend Dr. Bejarano.
Love my doc, he is not arrogant like some others, very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Upbeat and positive.
