Update: After this review, the office manager called and said she took care of the issue. The one star rating is from a recent issue of billing hassles. I like the staff and especially NPR Wright (5 Stars). During my last visit in July, they were switching over to a new computer system. My bills are paid by State Compensation Insurance Fund (Worker's Compensation) out of California. The office has my information on who to bill. Can't believe how rude the receptionist is. The Dr. Is always running late, trying to fit in as many patients as possible. 2 hours late on the first appointment. 1hr and 20 min on this one. And I still have not seent the Dr. Or the PA. Believe this will be my last visit here. I need someone reliable that I can trust.

Arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment after an hour and half drive only to be turned away with front desk staff stating we had to reschedule. There was no compassion or consideration!! Needless to say, we will no longer be going to this cardiologist!!

I am very pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr Kartik Reddy. He did a heart ablation to correct my A-fib. I’ve had no problems with my heart since.
