poor customer service
This is the first office I can day I truely enjoy going to. The staff are always so nice. Dr. Kansagra is an absolute caring individual. Does not push you into meds you dont need. I did have a few hiccups with the heart monitor stuff. The young man didnt tell me half the directions which was frustrating. But other then that I absolutely enjoy the experience. Always quick to get in and out. I really appreciate hat as well. My time is valuable and I feel here its not wasted. Thank you for being one of the few good drs out here... read more
I needed surgery clearance & u unfortunately my surgeon needed cardiac clearance no later than 3 weeks before surgery. Sosia at the scheduling desk was absolutely wonderful, she went & asked Dr about an appointment this month & got me in the following week. She went above & beyond for customer service and pleasant as can be. Many thanks for Dr. Mukesh G. for seeing me so soon.
